池蝶蚌与三角帆蚌不同组织SOD及EST同工酶的比较研究

摘要

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法研究池蝶蚌(Hyriopsis schlegelii)和三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)5种组织(鳃、外套膜、肠、闭壳肌和斧足)中SOD和EST同工酶的表达情况.结果表明,两种蚌的SOD和EST同工酶均具有明显的组织特异性.SOD、EST酶谱间存在不同程度的种间差异,可作为鉴定池蝶蚌与三角帆蚌的遗传标记.%By the vertical polyacryl amide gel electrophoresis (PAGE),different expressions of SOD and EST isozymes in different tissues (gill,mantle,intestinal canal,adductor muscle,and axe foot) of Hyriopsis schlegelii and Hyriopsis cumingii were studied.The results showed that there were significant differences in tissue specificity of the SOD and EST isozymes in both groupers.Some differences in SOD and EST were observed between the two groupers,which can be used as the species genetic markers.
