从粮食生产安全看我国发展农业节水的主要途径

摘要

从中国粮食生产安全出发,分析了农业节水灌溉的增产作用.并提出了发展农业节水灌溉的主要途径:调整农业生产布局,改善农业用水结构;科学制定节水规划,优化配置多种水源;加大灌区节水改造;努力改革用水管理制度.%This paper analyzes the yield increasing effect of agricultural water-saving irrigation based on the security of grain production in China and puts forward the main approaches for developing agricultural water-saving irrigation concerning Chinese present situation,of which adjusting the distribution of agricultural production,improving the structure of agricultural water supply,making a scientific water-saving plan,optimizing the allocation of various water sources,strengthening the water-saving transformation of irrigation district,and striving to reform management system of water use.
