野生中华鲟卵孵化、苗种培育及自然繁殖的研究

摘要

在人工养殖条件下对捞取的6批野生中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)卵进行了孵化,并采用自制的小型苗种培育自循环系统对孵化的野生中华鲟苗种进行了培育.结果表明,野生中华鲟卵的受精率和孵化率较低,受精率约为20％;平均孵化率约为15％；孵出的野生中华鲟苗优质率约为72％.%In order to study the breeding of wild Chinese sturgeon,the six groups eggs of wild Chinese sturgeon (Acipenser sinensis) were hatched under artificial conditions,and wild Chinese sturgeon were reared by homemade circulatory system.The results showed that fertilization rate and hatching rate were lower.The fertilization rate of the reproduction of wild Chinese sturgeon was about 20％.Average hatching rate of wild Chinese sturgeon eggs was about 15％.The high quality rate of seedling rearing was about 72％.
