Single-bud stems of miniature roses(Rosa chinensis minima) were used as explants to investigate the effect of different concentrations of Thidiazuron(TDZ) on growth of adventitious buds.Results showed that low concentrations of TDZ promoted the growth of rose adventitious buds whereas high concentrations of TDZ caused dwarf phenomenons accompanied by shorter internodes.Adding 0.6 mg/L TDZ to medium,the height of the adventitious bud was the highest.%以微型月季(Rosa chinensis minima)单芽茎段为外植体,考察不同浓度噻重氮苯基脲(TDZ)对不定芽生长的影响.结果表明,低浓度的TDZ可以促进月季不定芽的生长,但TDZ浓度过高会导致月季不定芽呈现矮化现象,节间缩短,培养基中添加0.6 mg/L TDZ时月季不定芽的高度最大.
