以红豆杉(Taxus wallichiana)和长梗润楠(Machilus longipedicellata)三年生幼树的当年生枝条为试验材料,研究不同激素处理和枝条的不同部位做插穗对红豆杉和长梗润楠扦插生根的影响.结果表明,不同激素和穗条部位处理组合下红豆杉扦插生根率较长梗润楠高,红豆杉和长梗润楠各处理下生根率的最优组合为梢部+0.75 g/L ABT2+0.50 g/L ABT3,分别达65.6%和48.9%.%Taken current year growing branches from 3 years old Taxus wallichiana and Machilus longipedicellata samplings as experimental materials,the effects of different hormone treatments and different cutting parts of T.wallichiana and M.longipedicellata on the rooting capacity were studied.Results showed that the growth characteristics of T.wallichiana seedlings were better than that of M.longipedicellata and the difference was significant.Under different hormone and part treatments conditions,the cuttings rooting rate of T.wallichiana were higher than that of M.longipedicellata.The optimal combination of T.wallichiana and M.longipedicellata samplings was the Tip +0.75 g/L ABT2 +0.50 g/L ABT3,the rooting rate was up to 65.6% and 48.9% respectively under different hormone treatments.
