枯草芽孢杆菌对黄河鲤鱼生产性能及消化酶活性的影响

         

摘要

The effects of Bacillus subtilis on the growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of Cyprinus carpio were studied.The experimental fish were divided into five groups randomly.The control group was fed with dietary,the treatment groups were fed with dietary supplemented with 0.1‰,0.2‰,0.3‰,0.4‰ B.subtilis respectively for 60 d.The results showed that the enzyme activity of digestive tract of C.carpio was chyme > bowel tissue > hepatopancreas.Appropriate additive level of B.subtilis(2×109 CFU/g) was 0.2‰~0.3‰ in the dietary of C.carpio.%为研究枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)对黄河鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)的生产性能、肠道及肝胰脏消化酶活性的影响,将黄河鲤鱼随机分为5组,分别饲喂含0(对照组)、0.1‰、0.2‰、0.3‰、0.4‰枯草芽孢杆菌的日粮,试验期为60 d.结果表明,鱼体摄食枯草芽孢杆菌后消化道的消化酶活性关系为:食糜>中肠组织>肝胰脏.黄河鲤鱼饲料中枯草芽孢杆菌(有效活菌数为2×109 CFU/g)的适宜添加量为0.2‰~0.3‰.
