NaCl胁迫下小桐子幼苗叶片蛋白质变化分析

         

摘要

探究NaCl胁迫下小桐子(Jatropha curcas)幼苗叶片蛋白质的变化.以小桐子幼苗叶片为材料,用去离子水、10%的NaCl、0.2%的NaOH、70%的乙醇提取蛋白质,用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测活性蛋白质的分布及差异.结果表明,胁迫时间12h,40、60 mmol/L NaCl胁迫小桐子,幼苗叶片的蛋白质变化最明显.%To study the change of protein in the leaf of Jatropha curcas seedlings under salt stress,protein was extracted separately from leaves of J.curcas seedlings by distilled water,10% NaCl solution,0.2% NaOH solution and 70% C2H5OH solution.The distribution of the protein was detected by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The result showed that the change of protein in seedling leaves was the most obvious if treated with 40 mmol/L and 60 mmol/L NaCl for 12 h.
