Four fungal strains were isolated from in the hollow trunks of Pterocarya stenoptera in Humble Administrator′s Gar-den. These strains, which confirmed its parasitism in the tree, were identified as Trichoderma sp., Aspergillus sp. and 2 Penicillium sp.. Mancozeb, thiram, mildothane, carbendazim and diniconazole 5 types of fungicides were used fungistasis test on these fungi. The results showed that the mancozeb had the strongest fungistasis action, and thiram secondly. Mildothane and carbendazim had certain effects on the growth of these four fungi. However, fungistasis effect of diniconazole varies with fungi species, aspergillus was the most obvious, and the other 3 strains were relatively weak.%通过对拙政园枫杨(Pterocarya stenoptera)中空的树干中真菌的分离,得到可以在枫杨木上寄生的4个菌株,初步鉴定其种类为2个青霉菌(Penicillium spp.)、1个木霉菌(Trichoderma sp.)、1个曲霉菌(A s-pergillus sp.)。使用代森锰锌、福美双、甲基托布津、多菌灵和烯唑醇5种不同类型的杀菌剂进行抑菌试验。结果表明,代森锰锌的抑制作用最强,福美双次之;甲基托布津和多菌灵对这4种木腐菌的生长均有一定的影响;烯唑醇的抑制作用随菌类的不同而不同,以对曲霉菌的抑制作用最为明显,而对于其他3个菌株的抑菌效果相对弱些。
