中外农村土地银行发展模式对比分析与经验借鉴

摘要

从农村土地银行的运营流程、资金保障、外部制度、主要业务和应急机制5个方面将中国与其他国家的农村土地银行进行对比.在此基础上,提出完善中国农村土地银行的发展策略,创造有益于中国农村土地银行业务开展的外部环境.%The process of land bank operations, funds guarantee, external system, major business and the emergency re-sponse mechanism were compared with other countries' rural land bank. Accordingly the development strategies for China's ru-ral land bank were put forward, in order to create a better external environment for the rural land bank of China.
