Aiming to facilitate the superior quality production of tobacco K326 and optimize configuration of the whole tobacco industry in Panxi region,the different experiments were conducted at Miyi county,Yanbian county and Renhe county in 2016. The tobacco's agronomic traits,tobacco disease incidence,and physiological and biochemical indexes were measured and analyzed. The result showed that, T2(combining postponing transplant with planting flatly and high ridging) had lower natural morbidity of leaf spot in the field. In addition,treatment T1 and treatment T2 (combining postponing transplant with planting flatly and high ridging) had better environmental suitability than CK (applying normal cultivation technique). The agronomic traits of treatment T1 and treatment T2 were poorer than CK on the whole. In short,the cultivation technique combining postponing transplant with less frequent fertilizer application,and the other,combining postponing transplant with planting flatly and high ridging, are more efficient in facilitating the superior quality production of K326. But, applying the former should strengthen the prevention of diseases on tobacco,and applying the latter should pay attention to whether there are appropriate site condition (soil thickness).%为促进烤烟K326在攀西地区的生产,实现整体烟叶结构优化,2016年分别在四川省米易县、盐边县、仁和县用不同的配套栽培技术进行烤烟K326的生产试验,对栽种烟苗的农艺性状、烟草发病率及生理生化指标进行测量和统计分析.结果表明,"推迟移栽+平栽烟高起垄"组合技术栽培烟株组(T2)叶斑病田间自然发病率明显降低.K326"推迟移栽+少量多次施肥"组合技术栽培烟株组(T1)和"推迟移栽+平栽烟高起垄"组合技术栽培烟株组(T2)对生态环境的适应性均高于对照(CK).K326"推迟移栽+少量多次施肥"和"推迟移栽+平栽烟高起垄"栽培技术的农艺性状总体弱于常规栽培技术."推迟移栽+少量多次施肥"组合技术和"推迟移栽+平栽烟高起垄"组合技术对于攀西地区烤烟品种K326的优质生产更有效,但采用"推迟移栽+少量多次施肥"技术需要注意加强田间病害的预防,采用"推迟移栽+平栽烟高起垄"技术要注意是否具备适宜的立地条件(土层厚薄).
