具有抗菌活性的水杉内生真菌的分离及筛选

         

摘要

从水杉(Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng)树皮、叶片中分离筛选得到了17株形态各不相同的内生真菌,采用对峙培养法筛选对植物病原真菌,层出镰孢菌(Fusarium proliferatum)﹑禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)﹑玉米大斑病菌(Setosphaeria turcica)﹑玉米小斑病菌(Helminthosporium maydis)具有拮抗作用的菌株,筛选得到了1株对以上4种病原菌具有广谱抗菌活性的菌株,命名为SS-17.通过对SS-17菌株的形态特征观察及ITS分子鉴定,初步鉴定为黑附球菌(Epicoccum nigrum).%In this research,17 strains of the endophytic fungi were separated from the leaves and bark of Metasequoia glyp-tostroboides with different colony morphology,and the strains with antagonistic action were screened by dual culture method a-gainst plant pathogenic fungi including Fusarium proliferatum,F. graminearum,Setosphaeria turcica,Helminthosporium maydis. 1 strain was obtaind with antagonism to these strains above,named SS-17. With the morphology and ITS molecular identification of SS-17 strain,it was identified as Epicoccum nigrum.
