Shanghai, as took the lead into the aging in China, but also the city with the highest level of aging, had accumulated a lot of pension policy and construction experience. In this paper, as the starting of physical and psychological needs of the elderly, we analyze the design of pension facility construction points and trends by a few case of Shanghai pension facilities.%上海作为国内率先步入老龄化,同时也是老龄化程度最高的城市,积累了很多养老政策和建设方面的经验.该文从老年人生理及心理的需求出发,通过几个上海养老设施的案例,来分析养老设施建筑设计的要点及发展趋势.
