城市商业综合体项目统筹设计——以泛海城市广场为例

Based on the practice of "Ocean Wide Plaza" in Wuhan Wangjiadun area, the article researches the urban commercial complex from five aspects: design organization, transportation and traffic streamline organizing, combination of spatial form, image of the demands, and environmental strategy for sustainable development, it also discusses the core factors of urban commercial complex project, in order to solve various contradictions and try to maximize the comprehensive benefit.%该文以武汉王家墩商务区“泛海城市广场”的设计实践为基础,从产品定位及设计组织、复合功能的空间组织、交通与流线组织、形象诉求、节能环保策略等五个方面对城市核心区的城市商业综合体建筑展开研究,探讨城市商业综合体的项目控制要点,以期成功解决各种矛盾并争取综合效益的最大化.
