城市复兴背景下的武昌滨江码头再利用研究

摘要

武汉市武昌区滨江地带的码头数量众多,类型丰富,历史悠久.该文在城市复兴的视角下,系统调研武昌区23个滨江码头和相应滨水地带,从中心区位、城市肌理、工业景观三方面解析其现状特征,提出对滨江码头保护和再利用的原则与措施,然后以工业遗存——火车轮渡码头为例,在价值评价的基础上探讨该码头再利用的具体措施,通过修复码头设施、增建教育基地、设计高架景观步道、重塑沙丘生态系统等方法和手段,达到对火车轮渡码头再生利用的目的,并为滨江工业地带的复兴与再利用提供实践参考.%There are a large number of docks in Wuchang district of Wuhan city,which are of many kinds and enjoy a long history.In the perspective of urban regeneration,this paper systematically researches 23 riverside docks and its waterfront area,finds out the present characters of the center location,urban fabric and the industrial landscape,brings out the conservation and reuse principles and measures.Taking the train ferry terminal for example,based on its evaluation,this paper discuses some reuse means such as rebuilding the train ferry terminal,adding education base,designing the high line walking trail and reshaping the dune,expecting to provide a reference for the reuse of the riverside industrial zone.
