作为近代上海最重要的组成部分,上海法租界的城市风貌独具魅力,对此展开的研究也十分丰富,多集中于社会学和历史学的范畴.该文则将视角集中于建筑的管理和控制,将建筑法规作为研究对象,在查阅大量的法租界公董局的法文档案资料的基础上,对该法规体系的发展进行了归纳.文章以几个重要的法规出台和修订为节点,按照时间顺序将该历程分为了几个阶段,简要描述了法租界建筑法规的创立、发展和完善的历程,从而勾勒出该体系的基本面貌.%As one of the most important part of modern Shanghai, French Concession has a unique charming appearance. There are already many researches done on this object most of them are from the perspective of sociology and history. This paper focused on the management and control of architecture, and put the building codes as the study object. By reviewing abundant archives of Administration Municipal of Shanghai French Concession written in French, we sum the development of this legal system. In this paper, the building codes are divided into several stages with the chronological order of the journey, in the basement of sever important regulations promulgated and revised as nodes, we describe briefly the course of founder development and improvement of the French Concession building codes, then sketch out the basic outlook of the legal system.
