街区共生型地下空间——城市历史地段的保护再生与活力激发

摘要

在延续历史空间肌理、天际线与传统建筑密度的前提下,被保护的城市历史区域往往无法同时承担现代城市的一些必要功能,从而缺乏人气及吸引力,沦为布景式的民俗展览.针对这一保护与活力的矛盾,在理论研究与实践项目的基础上,该文提出“街区共生型地下空间”的概念并加以研究,希望通过设置与历史地段协同共生的城市地下空间,来完善、弥补历史街区的现代城市功能,激发社区活力,最终形成“历史保护地段+地下共生空间”的有生命力的城市综合区块,为我国新型城市化发展与旧城更新提供一条行之有效的解决方案.%Conserved urban historical precincts often lack of functions essential to a modern city, because the continuity of historical context and the density of traditional building and their skylines easily result in a historical look in the absence of activity. Aiming at such a dilemma, this paper proposes the idea of "intergrowth between underground space and urban blocks". Based upon theories and real projects, the paper argues for using underground urban space as carrier of modern functions and as stimulation of public activity to form lively and synthetic urban historical precincts, so as to provide a solution for new ways of urbanization and renewing old cities in China.
