城镇化3.0时期的城市边缘区空间价值初探

             

摘要

Along with the advancing of urbanization, the development of urbanization slipped into the 3.0 period. The most important characteristic of urban fringe in this period is: with the advantage of land resources, various industries are gathering in this area. How to change the extensive construction mode of urban fringe and guide it to a better development route has become an important direction of the study about urban fringe. Based on this, we adopt "narration" as the main method that could help increase space values. Based on the traditional space function value, we add the creative value into the space to strengthen the space value, so as to promote the urban fringe area to develop in a better way.%随着城镇化的持续推进,我国的城镇化进入3.0时期.这一时期的城市边缘区发展的重要特点在于:借助土地资源优势,呈现产业功能上融合、空间上集聚的发展态势.如何改变以往边缘区粗放式的建设模式,引导其走向一条精细化发展的路线,成为边缘区空间研究的重要方向.基于此,该文提出:边缘区空间价值的营造,可以"叙事"为主要手段,在空间传统功能价值的基础上,为其注入创意价值,强化空间的价值;以此促进边缘区高质量、精细化的发展.
