夏热冬冷地区超高层绿色建筑技术措施初探

摘要

在我国快速城市化进程中,超高层建筑的规模和数量迅猛发展,超高层建筑的耗能、耗水、耗材以及对环境的影响也日趋严峻.该文旨在分析武汉中央商务区超高层建筑因地制宜选用的绿色建筑技术,浅析适宜夏热冬冷地区超高层的绿色建筑技术措施.%In the process of rapid urbanization in our country, the scale and quantity of ultra high-rise building are also developing rapidly. The problems of energy consumption, water consumption, material consumption and environmental impact are more and more serious. We put forward the green ecological concept of Wuhan center project, and combine it into the design process. Finally we analyze the reasonable application of green building technology in ultra high-rise building in hot summer and cold winter zone, such as Wuhan CBD.
