浅析哈默比水岸新城开放式社区设计

摘要

该文通过对瑞典斯德哥尔摩哈默比水岸新城进行实地考察研究其开放式社区设计.分别从社区的空间结构、交通组织、景观设计、公共设施四个方面分析了哈默比水岸新城的开放式社区设计手法.进一步从多层级的空间结构设计、四通八达的道路系统、开放互动的景观空间、分散共享的公共服务设施四个方面提出了开放式社区的规划设计策略.以此为我国开放式社区的发展提供相关的研究参考依据.%Through field investigation of the Hammarby Sjostad in Stockholm of Sweden,we studied the design of open community.Through analyzing the structure,traffic,landscape and public facilities of the Hammarby Sjostad,we summarized the design technique of open community planning.Further we proposed the design strategy of the open community from four aspects:forming a multi-level spatial structure;constituting the extensive road system;creating an open and interactive landscape space;dispersion and shared public service facilities,in order to provide related research reference through the research for the development of China's open community.
