浅谈住宅沿街商业建筑场地的几种模式

摘要

Many kinds of mode of business building site with residence along street have been emerged in modern cities, each factor that has influence on such modes is undoubtedly reasonable in some aspects, and the problems are always due to all factors cannot be properly coordinated when they take effect jointly. This paper analyzes modes of business building site with residence along street one by one, points out some main problems and proposes countermeasures.%现代城市出现了住宅沿街商业建筑场地的多种模式，影响这些模式的各项因素无疑均有其合理性，问题往往出现在各项因素共同作用时未能妥善协调。文中就住宅沿街商业建筑场地的几个模式逐一分析并指出部分主要问题，同时提出对策建议。
