房屋渗漏水检测方法探讨

摘要

Waster leakage brings many inconveniences for house users and it easily causes neighborhood disputes and social conflicts. Finding out the source of leakage and repairing the area of leakage against the causes of leakage is the most effective approach for solving this problem. According to experience of water leakage identiifcation projects over the years, this paper concludes and summarizes common detection methods for water leakage of house, analyzes advantages and disadvantages of each detection method and instructs flexible application of detection methods in complicated detection project with practical cases such that it is significant on instruction of water leakage detection.%渗漏水给房屋的使用带来了很多不便，也容易引起邻里纠纷，产生社会矛盾。找到渗漏源，针对渗漏原因，对产生渗漏的部位进行修缮是解决房屋渗漏水问题的最有效途径。文章根据近年来渗漏水鉴定项目的经验，归纳总结了常见房屋渗漏水的检测方法，分析了每种检测方法的优缺点，通过实际案例说明在复杂的检测项目中检测方法的灵活应用，对渗漏水的检测鉴定有一定的指导意义。
