房屋危险性特征值综合评定方法探讨

摘要

The evaluation method of "membership degree" of dangerous housing employed by existing "Identification Standard for Dangerous Housing" (JGJ125-99, Ver. 2004) sometimes occurs with erroneous judgments that are inconsistent with practical engineering conditions. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing advantages and disadvantages of multiple evaluation methods proposed by the academic circle, a new method for judging dangerous housing—"Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Danger Characteristic Value" is proposed. This method adopts two-stage and two-level identiifcation, comprehensively considers the inlfuence of each dangerous component on the danger of the whole building and determines the danger characteristic value by calculating the comprehensive proportion of dangerous components so as to judge the danger degree of housing.%现行《危险房屋鉴定标准》（JGJ125-99,2004年版）所采用的危险房屋“隶属度”评判方法，有时会出现与工程实际情况不符的误判。在总结分析学界提出的多种评定方法优劣点的基础上，研究提出一种新的危险房屋评判方法——“危险性特征值综合评定方法”。该方法采用两阶段两层次鉴定，综合考虑每一危险构件对整幢房屋危险性的影响，通过计算危险构件综合比例，确定危险性特征值的大小，从而判断房屋的危险性程度。
