摘要

As a medical insurance settlement method, bundled payment has been tested for a period abroad but has not been adopted in China. Through literature review, this paper summarized the meaning, contents and effects of bundled payment, explained the advantages and limitations of bundled payment, and discussed the related issues of implementing bundled payment.%打包付费作为一种医疗保险结算方式, 在国外已经试运行一段时间, 在国内尚未实行.本文通过文献回顾的方法, 总结归纳打包付费的含义、内容及实施效果, 阐释打包付费的优点和局限性, 并探讨实施打包付费的有关问题.
