医技科室绩效奖金分配改革实践与探讨

         

摘要

Medical technical department is an important component of hospital which provides examination and diagnosis to patients during their treatment. Therefore, under the environment of new medical reform, it is very important to explore appropriate bonus allocation methods and to mobilize medical technicians' motivation. Based on the situation of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province, this article discussed the exploration of service item performance coefficient method of bonus allocation according to workload so as to provide references of further improving performance bonus allocation system in hospital.%医技科室作为医院的一个重要组成部分,是整个就医过程中为患者提供检查和诊断不可或缺的科室,在新医改的大环境下探寻合适的奖金分配方法,切实调动医技人员的工作积极性显得尤为重要。本文从所在医院的实际出发,探索以工作量为基础的服务项目绩效系数法的奖金分配方法,为进一步完善医院绩效奖金分配制度提供参考。
