应用信息化技术实现医疗救护分队业务流程重组

摘要

Objective: To establish efficient business processes for medical unit by using digital means. Methods: According to the general principles and methods of BPR, we study the original business processes of medical unit in order to find the bottlenecks, and reengineering the business processes by making full use of wireless network and bar-code technology. Results: New business processes for medical unit based on digital technology are formed, and the support capabilities of medical unit under the conditions of field are increased.%目的:建立高效的医疗救护分队业务流程,采用信息化手段得以实现.方法:根据业务流程重组理论的一般原理和方法,对医疗救护分队现有业务流程进行分析,发现瓶颈,充分运用无线网络技术、条码技术等信息化手段,对现有业务流程重组.结果:建立了信息化技术支持下的医疗救护分队业务流程,提高了医疗救护分队在野战条件下的保障能力.
