目的 探讨运用PDCA模式管理军队离退休干部健康教育的效果,完善疗养绩效考核.方法 遵循PDCA方法管理疗养全程健康教育.结果 运用PDCA模式管理,医护人员用于疗养员的个别教育所用的时间、疗养员住院期间自我学习时间、对医护的依从性、自身所患疾病的认识、保健知识的掌握等方面,实验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 PDCA模式应用疗养期间的健康教育管理是以疗养员为中心的全程、互动、动态、有效的管理模式.%Object To investigate the effect of PDCA used in military retired cadres health education, so as to perfect recuperation performance appraisal. Methods PDCA Method is followed to manage the whole course health education. Result Experimental groups were better than the control group in the following aspects, which included the time of individual health education, self - study time of cadres during inpatient, the adherence to medical care, the patients' understanding on the disease, the degree of holding health knowledge. The difference was statistically significant(P <0. 01). Conclusion Health education management based on PDCA method during recuperation was a full, interactive, dynamic and effective management mode.
