军队区域性医疗联合体构建的思考

摘要

医疗联合体是实现一定区域内的不同层次或类型的医疗机构设备、人力、技术、文化等医疗资源有效整合的一种模式.基于国内外医疗联合体的发展现状分析,本文提出军队组建区域性医疗联合体的几点思考:建立统一的管理体制、整合联合体文化和加强信息化建设等,实现医疗资源合理配置,增强联合体的凝聚力,切实提高卫勤服务保障能力的目标.%Medical union unites medical institutions of different levels or types of a certain area by different ways,which achieves the effective integration of medical resources including equipment,manpower,technology and culture.On the basis of the development status of the medical union of our country as well as that of the foreign countries,the authors made some discussion on the regional medical union building by army,which are as follows.By taking the measures of unified management system,to integrate the culture of medical union and strengthen the construction of informationization.To achieve the goal of rational allocation of medical resources,strengthen the cohesive force of medical union,and really improve the medical service support capability.
