机动卫勤分队适应非战争军事行动的思考

摘要

本文结合非战争军事行动实践的特点，对机动卫勤分队建设存在的问题进行分析。提出应从联勤体制建设和军地联合入手，在提高医疗队成员的综合素质及业务能力基础上，加大战备专业训练的力度，寻求多军种联合保障，并加强信息元素在机动卫勤分队建设中的应用等建议。%Based on the characteristics of military operation other than war , the actual problems were ana-lyzed in emergency medical mobile unit construction , and the countermeasures were proposed as following:Strengthening the construction of joint logistics system and civil -military integration system, improving the compre-hensive quality and professional ability of the unit members , reinforcing professional training of combat readiness , and seeking multi -service joint support, and enhancing the application of information technology in the detachment construction.
