论综合型医院临床科研建设与发展

摘要

The authors represented the current status and problems of the clinical research ,and proposed some suggestions for promoting the capacity of clinical research , especially facing the new situation and new re-quirements of the reform of medical and scientific and technological system .%针对临床医师看待临床与科研的关系，以及孰轻孰重的问题，本文拟从当前临床科研现状与问题着手，面对今后医疗和科技体制改革的新形势与新需求，对医院更好地提升自己的临床科研水平，提出笔者的一些看法和建议，以供参考。
