护理人员亚健康与职业兴趣相关性分析

摘要

文章介绍护理人员亚健康与职业兴趣及其相关性研究的现状；回顾总结护理人员亚健康与职业兴趣的影响因素，探讨两者之间的相关性，提出通过职业兴趣的提升改善护理人员的亚健康状态。%The authors introduced the current situation of sub -health status and occupational interest of nursing staff as well as it's relationship .The influencing factors of sub health and occupational interest of nursing staff were summarized , and the correlation were explored to propose the research direction of improving the sub -health state of nursing staff by raising occupational interest .
