外军战时卫生资源配置特点与借鉴

摘要

发达国家尤其是美国、俄国、德国等国家，战争经验丰富，维和任务频繁，在国际上影响力大，其战时卫生资源配置的经验值得借鉴。本文通过分析外军战时卫生资源的总量、分布以及结构，在借鉴外军资源配置经验，结合我军实际情况，探讨外军经验对我军战时资源配置的借鉴与启示。%The war and peacekeeping mission is frequent in the developed countries especially the United States, Russia, and Germany.Their allocation of health resources in wartime experience is worth to study.By ana-lyzing the amount, distribution and structure of foreign health resources in wartime, and combination with the prac-tical situation of our army, the article put forward some experiences and reflections.
