军人持卡就医的问题及对策

摘要

随着医院信息系统应用水平逐步提高，持卡就医制度的全面落实，持卡就医较好地发挥“门户”作用，但军队伤病员在就医过程中仍存在许多问题。本文详细梳理了军队人员持卡就医现状，提出通过统一标准、构建平台等措施，夯实依卡全程监管基础，提供精细化监管手段，讨论并提出完善机制是常态化监管的基本保障。%Seeking medical advice by cards for military developed an important function goodly , along with the hospital information system application level raising gradually and implementation of related system .But some problems still exists when the soldiers go to rear hospital for cure .The article analyzed the present situation , put forward series methods which included unifying standards , setting up information platform in order to consolidate the foundation and provide a supervision means .At last, the article proposed that perfect mechanism was the basic guarantee of normalized supervision .
