军队医院医保总额预付管理信息系统构建

摘要

目的：构建医院医保总额预付管理信息平台，为医务人员及时准确掌握医保数质量运行情况提供数据支撑。方法建立业务层和管理层两类功能模块，构建不同层面和粒度的医保总额预付数据信息共享平台。结果医务人员根据系统提示将医保数质量指标控制在合理范围。结论促进医院医保总额预付制度的安全平稳运行，提高军队医院适应地方医改的效能。%Objectives The information platform for budget payment of medical insurance were intro -duced, from which the medical staff can see the data of insurance operation quality and volume timely and accurate -ly.Methods There were two major functional modules as operation and management module .A shared medical insurance information network platform was established for various levels .Results The medical staff will change their service behavior to control the insurance data in a reasonable range .Conclusion The application of the sys-tem can ensure the health service meet to the medical insurance budget standard .
