[目的]探究球花石楠红色果实标本制作固定液和保存液的配方,以达到保色、保形的效果.[方法]以云南丽江野生观赏植物球花石楠红色果实为材料使用不同配方的保存液浸制标本制作.[结果]球花石楠果实保色最优固定液配制参数为:福尔马林6 mL、硼酸6 g、蒸馏水600 mL;保存液配制参数为:6%~7%亚硫酸400 mL、硼酸14~18 g、蒸馏水400 mL.[结论]该配制的固定液和保存液下球花石楠果实标本颜色保持较好,试剂透亮,标本清晰,标本瓶中不会增生杂菌,可作为球花石楠红色果实标本制作使用.%[Objective]The aim was to explore the appropriate formula of specimen preservation liquid and stationary liquid on Photinia glomerata, in order to achieve the color, shape preserving effect. [Method] This study took wild ornamental plant Photinia glomerata in Lijiang as materials,which were treated by different foumula of preservation liquid.[Result]The fruit color preserving optimal preparation of Photinia glomerata liquid fixed parameters are: 6 mL of formalin, 6 g of boric acid and 600 mL of distilled water,and the concocting parameters of preserving fluid are 400 mL of 6%~7% sulfurous acid, 14~18 g boric acid and 400 mL of distilled water. [Conclusion] Befitting preservation liquid and stationary liquid could keep color fresh,and liquid clear without any bacteria.
