关于水电站建设管理的探讨

摘要

随着我国经济的不断发展，水电站建设管理已经引起了社会的广泛关注。加强水电站建设管理，探索新的管理制度，提高水电站的安全性和可靠性具有极其重要的作用。拔贡水电站改扩建工程从设计方案、质量、安全、文明施工、进度、成本控制等几个方面进行了严格的管理，保证了拔贡水电站改扩建工程顺利建设和运行。对水电站建设管理具有一定参考意义和借鉴价值。%With the economic development of China, the management of hydropower station construction has attracted wide attention of the society. Enhancing the management of hydropower station construction and developing new man-agement system will play extremely vital role in improving the safety and reliability of hydropower stations. The exten-sion project of Bagong hydropower station had been strictly regulated from several aspects such as design scheme, quality, safety, civilized construction, schedule, cost control and others, which ensured the smooth construction and operation of Bagong hydropower station and could be well referenced by similar projects.
