火力发电厂600 MW超临界机组锅炉炉顶密封漏灰改造

摘要

The heat loss, due to ash, air and smoke leakage resulting from poor sealing of thermal power plant boiler furnace roof, will reduce the thermal efficiency of the boiler and gather dust in the boiler room, which will produce unfavorable effect to the environment and the enterprise civilization production. The original conventional sealing for the furnace roof is replace by a new type flexible sealing, the paper makes an introduction to the effects of the renova-tion, which basically solves the ash, air and smoke leakage problems and improves the operating economy of the power plant.%∶火力发电厂锅炉炉顶密封不好，导致漏灰、漏风、冒烟会增加锅炉的散热损失，降低锅炉热效率，同时还会造成锅炉房大量扬尘，给环境保护及企业的文明生产都带来不利的影响。文章介绍将锅炉炉顶的常规密封改造成柔性密封后，可基本解决漏灰、漏风、冒烟的现象，提高电厂运行经济性。
