变电站倒闸误操作事故分析与风险防范

摘要

∶为避免电气设备倒闸发生误操作行为，保障电网安全稳定运行，文章通过两起恶性倒闸误操作案例，并结合某110 kV变电站刀闸操作时出现的一特殊现象进行分析，从而对该变电站隔离开关及接地刀闸闭锁回路进行改进、完善，消除在这种情况下所发生电气误操作的安全隐患。%To avoid the switching misoperation accident of electrical equipment and ensure safe and stable operation of power grid, the closed circuits of disconnector and grounding switch of a substation were improved to eliminate the hidden risks of electric misoperation through analyzing two switching misoperation accidents and a special phe-nomenon occurred in operating the switch of an 110kV substation.
