精糖熟化筒仓技术探讨

摘要

Refined sugar particles are fine and easy to cake during storage, which seriously affects product quality and enterprise benefits. How to prevent refined sugar from caking is a key problem during storage, and the curing silo technology is an effective and reliable way to solve the caking problem. Domestic refined sugar curing silo technology is not yet mature. In the paper, the influencing factors of refined sugar caking is analyzed based on the caking mechanism of granulated sugar, and the technical principle of refined sugar curing silo, the technical system composition of curing silo and the setting of related parameter are discussed.%精制糖颗粒细小, 储存过程中易发生结块现象, 严重影响产品质量和企业效益, 如何防止精糖结块是存储过程中的关键问题, 而熟化筒仓技术是解决结块问题的有效可靠途径.国内精糖熟化筒仓技术尚不成熟, 文中以砂糖结块机理为切入点, 分析精糖结块影响因素, 探讨精糖熟化筒仓技术原理、熟化筒仓技术系统组成及相关参数设置.
