摘要

In order to study the application of shear-type shelving on the quayside container crane of automatic wharf, the mechanical principle and intelligent key technology of shear-type shelving are introduced.Taking the bridge crane of Qingdao Xinqianwan container terminal as an example, the application is carried out.Practice has proved that the successful application of shear-type shelving on the quayside container crane of automatic wharf not only improves the efficiency of container loading and unloading, but also provides convenience to maintenance, saves energy and reduces labor cost.%为研究剪切式上架在自动化码头岸边集装箱起重机上的应用问题,通过介绍剪切式上架的机械原理和智能关键技术,以青岛新前湾集装箱码头的起重机为例,进行实例应用.实践证明,剪切式上架在自动化码头岸边集装箱起重机上的成功应用,不仅提高了集装箱装卸效率,而且便于维修,节约能耗,节省人力成本.
