吊管机配重装置优化设计平台的开发

         

摘要

Based on the multi-body dynamics and virtual prototyping technology, with the use of secondary development tools and language customization tools provided by the ADAMS software, the paper develops and studies the optimization design platform of the pipelayer counterweight device. The platform takes the menus and dialogue boxes as the humancomputer interactive interface, establishes the dynamic model of the counterweight device, and achieves the parameterization, simulation and optimization design of the model in ADAMS software, as well as the easy view of various curve results based on post-processing dialogue box.%基于多刚体动力学理论和虚拟样机技术,采用ADAMS软件提供的二次开发工具和语言定制工具,对吊管机配重装置的优化设计平台进行了开发研究.该平台以菜单和对话框为人机交互界面,建立配重装置的动力学模型,实现了在ADAMS中模型的参数化、仿真和优化设计,以及根据后处理对话框方便地查看各种结果曲线.
