基于粗糙集的龙门起重机结构动态性能分析

         

摘要

for the impact on the dynamic performance imposed by structural parameters such as the bridge weight,trolley frame weight, the corresponding stiffness coefficients of gantry crane , the paper analyzes the dynamic performance of the crane using rough set theory, through the reduction of attributes , extracts key factors from many factors , and ranks the importance of each factor, ohtaining a consistent and comprehensive forecasting rules. Compared with traditional methods . the method requires no assumptions , and can effectively handle the close coupling and non - linear relationship between dy namic performance and influence factors. The paper verifies the feasibility through the practical application, providing new research ideas and means for the dynamic design and forecasting implementation of the crane.%针对龙门起重机桥架质量、小车架质量及相应的刚度系数等结构参数对其动态性能的影响,用粗糙集理论对起重机的动态性能进行分析,通过属性约简,从诸多影响因素中提取关键因素,并对各因素的重要度进行排序,得到一致、完备的预测规则.与传统方法相比,该方法无需前提假设,且可有效地处理起重机动态性能与影响因素之间的强耦合与非线性关系.通过实际应用验证其可行性,为起重机动态设计、开展预测工作提供新的研究思路和手段.
