水力式升船机液压系统管道共振分析

         

摘要

Pipeline resonance of ship-lift hydraulic system seriously threatens the stability and safety of the ship-lift. The AMESim and Ansys software are both adopted for evaluation of pipeline resonance. AMESim software is used for modeling and simulation of ship chamber hydraulic system, and for verification of simulation results' accuracy, thus obtaining the hydraulic pipeline internal pressure curves and pressure amplitude-frequency characteristic curves. Then Ansys software is used for modal analysis of the hydraulic pipeline, to figure out the pipeline natural frequency. Compared with pressure amplitude-frequency characteristic curves inside the pipeline and pipeline natural frequency, it is concluded that the no resonance with the hydraulic pipeline occurs, proving the reasonability of pipeline layout design in ship reception chamber hydraulic system.%升船机液压系统的管路共振,严重威胁升船机工作的稳定性及安全性.现采用AMESim和Ansys软件共同对管道共振进行评估.利用AMESim软件对承船厢液压系统进行建模仿真,并验证其仿真结果的准确性,进而得出液压管道内部压力曲线及压力幅频特性曲线.再用Ansys软件对液压管道进行模态分析,得出管道的固有频率.通过比较管道内部压力幅频特性曲线和管道固有频率,得出液压管道不会发生共振,验证了承船厢液压系统管道布局设计的合理性.
