This paper presents the mathematical model of Gleason spiral bevel gear and how to conduct rapid 30 modeling of the spiral bevel gear in the Pro/E 3D software. By changing relevant parameters and relations, the accurate 3D solid of spherical involute spiral bevel gear is obtained, so as to reduce the repeated work and improve the design efficiency.%阐述了格里森制螺旋锥齿轮的数学模型,介绍了如何在Pro/E三维软件中对弧齿锥齿轮进行三维快速造型.通过改变相关参数及关系式,即可得到精确的球面渐开线螺旋锥齿轮的三维实体,减少了重复劳动,提高了设计效率.
