基于C8051F020的蓄电池叉车调速系统设计

         

摘要

The speed control system for battery forklift presented in this paper features C8051F020 as core, peripheral circuit as auxiliary and DC motor as a control object, and is a voltage negative feedback system. The duty ratio of PWM output pulse is changed by PID control algorithm, so that the purpose of speed control for battery forklift is achieved. The test suggests that PID control algorithm improves the reliability and stability of the speed regulation system.%蓄电池叉车调速控制系统以C8051F020为核心,辅以外围电路,以直流电机为控制对象,组成电压负反馈系统.通过PID控制算法,改变PWM输出脉冲的占空比,从而达到蓄电池叉车调速的目的.实验证明PID控制算法提高了系统调速的可靠性和稳定性.
