建立了炭黑气力输送水平管道气固两相流的数学模型,采用计算流体动力学方法,对炭黑在不同工况条件下的水平管道中的气力输送进行了模拟.通过模拟与分析,得到了固相的速度和浓度分布、输送气速对固相速度和固相浓度的影响、输送量对固相速度和固相浓度的影响、各种输送量下的压降和最佳经济速度.%This paper establishes a mathematical model of gas - solid two - phase flow of carbon black pneumatic conveying in horizontal pipeline, conducts the simulations under different working conditions using computational fluid dynamics method, and thus obtains the speed and concentration distribution of the solid phase from the simulation and analysis, the influence of conveying gas speed and conveying capacity on the speed and concentration of the solid phase, and the minimum pressure loss and the most economic speed under different conveying capacity.
