一种平衡臂装置的设计

摘要

The paper introduces the action,composition,working principle,and using condition of the balance arm device in crane's hoisting mechanism;puts forward the deficiencies existing in common structural types of the balance arm device,and improvement plan;presents the feature and structure of a balance arm device.With the balance arm device ap-plied in cranes in certain steel factory,the paper details the load conditions and design process of major load-carrying parts and points out the problems to be concerned.%介绍了起重机起升机构中平衡臂装置的作用、组成、工作原理及使用条件，指出单倍率起升机构上常用的平衡臂装置结构形式中存在的不足，并提出了改进方案，介绍了一种平衡臂装置的特点和结构。以某钢厂起重机采用的该平衡臂装置为例，论述了主要受力件的受力状况和设计过程，指出了设计中需要注意的问题。
