桥式起重机主梁局部稳定性分析

         

摘要

针对通用桥式起重机主梁的稳定性问题进行分析,通过对比国内外双梁桥式起重机主梁横隔板的结构形式、布置方式和加工工艺,优化相关手册和设计规范的规定范围,推荐了横隔板形式以及布置间距,改善了横隔板的加工工艺,进一步实现桥式起重机的轻量化设计。并通过有限元屈曲分析求得桥式起重机主梁在典型工况不同模态下的屈曲系数,分析验算其局部稳定性。%Analysis for girder stability is performed for the bridge crane.Through comparison of the structural shape, arrangement method,and processing technology for the girder diaphragm plate of double-girder bridge crane at home and a-broad,by optimizing the specified scope in related manual and design specification,the shape of diaphragm plate and ar-rangement spacing are recommended,to improve its processing technology,hence to further implement light-weight design of the bridge crane.The buckling coefficient of girder under different modes of the specific working condition is worked out through finite element buckling analysis,with the local stability analyzed and verified.
