在桥式抓斗卸船机的运行过程中，存在双颚瓣式抓斗小横杆脱落的安全隐患。为了提高设备的可靠性，保障检修人员的人身安全，结合实际运行情况，分析了小横杆脱落的原因，提出针对双颚瓣抓斗小横杆的防脱落治理方案，实际运行表明，该方案可有效解决双颚瓣式抓斗小横杆脱落的问题。%Safety hazards regarding falling of cross bar of dual jaw grab exist during operation of overhead grab ship unloader.To improve equipment reliability and protect repair personnel's personal safety,the paper analyzes the cause of falling of cross bar considering practical situations and puts forward anti-fall solutions for the cross bar.The actual operation shows that the solution can effectively solve this falling problem.
