The back-stop device is roller seat, including major parts such as roller, roller disc and connecting disc. During normal running, the roller and connecting disc are separated due to the centrifugal force, while the roller rolls down with the action of its own gravity and reverse centrifugal force during back-stop, and falls into the gap between the roller disc and connecting disc. The short-stroke back-stop is realized by controlling the relative angle between the roller disc and connecting disc.
