轻型堆垛机立柱失效分析

摘要

The MSC. Patran/Nastran finite element software is applied to analysis of uprights for newly-developed light SRM, with research on the failure mode and destructive test. The failure mode is figured out through comparison of the finite element analysis and test results. Furthermore, the effect of welding seam from existing processing method on the upright performance is discussed in the paper.%利用MSC.Patran/Nastran有限元软件对新研发的轻型堆垛机的立柱进行分析,讨论其失效形式,进行破坏性试验,并对比有限元分析结果和试验结果,得出立柱的失效形式,并讨论了现行加工方法中焊缝对立柱性能的影响.
